Milestone Events Barbados

About Us

In 2007 while serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Barbados leg of ICC Cricket World Cup West Indies 2007 our Managing Director Joseph Benfield recognized the tremendous potential in the Special Events industry and so at the conclusion of the tournament JOSA Events was born as a party rental company.

From those humble beginnings JOSA Events grew steadily, expanding our inventory and diversifying our services along the way developing a reputation for top notch service, impeccable equipment and cutting-edge style and sophistication.

In 2025, Milestone Events Barbados was nominated as the ‘Favorite Destination Planner’ at the 2025 RSVP Miami US & Caribbean Awards!

“Planning a wedding in Barbados when you live in Scotland has its challenges! Thankfully, the staff at Milestone Events Barbados were approachable, professional and supportive. We were really pleased with both the level of organization and the attention to detail. Their rental quotes were competitive and for the service we received, worth every penny. Thank you Joseph & team Milestone!”
